Front Left is an underground party and producer collective based in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West.
The collective has been formed on the formidable community ethos of the Inner West and it’s slew of talented creative individuals. Beginning in 2016 the aim of the collective was to bring together and showcase the creative talents of producers, production designers and artists to create a unique, immersive and intimate experiences through music, art and culture.
Throughout our first year Front Left delivered an array of creative event concepts, music releases and sold out bi-monthly parties all whilst building a dedicated following of people.
While the focus as a collective is based on music, as a project Front Left is as much about music and parties as it is about representing a community ethos. An ethos that includes showcasing a combination of talented people, equality and the somewhat forgotten notion of togetherness through dance music. To promote this as a collective all the Front Left events exercise a LGBTI+ friendly policy and endorse #freetomove.
There is an underlying belief within Front Left that regardless of your race, gender or sexual orientation, everyone has the right to feel safe whilst raving and it’s our promise to do everything within our power to ensure that is the case at our events.
